How Identiful works

A guided path from business context to brand system.

Identiful automates much of the discovery, analysis and project workflow. Brand strategists, creative directors and designers interpret the findings, curate the possibilities and review the work before it reaches you. Complete the initial discovery without purchasing: scope and price are shown before checkout.

Technology creates structure. People provide judgment.

The platform helps turn your business inputs into an organized discovery, audience and market context, strategic attributes and guided visual exploration. The creative team uses that structure to make and validate the decisions that shape the brand. This means fewer disconnected meetings and email chains, without removing professional accountability from the process.

The complete process.

01

Initial Brand Discovery: tell us what you are building.

Answer a guided set of questions about your business, sector, offer, audience, stage and immediate brand needs. The platform organizes your inputs and identifies the level of support that fits the project. No payment required.

02

Package and scope: review the recommended system.

See the recommended package, defined deliverables, price and applicable terms. You can compare options before checkout and choose whether to continue. Payment is completed before production begins.

03

Project Brand Brief: go deeper into the business and market.

After purchase, complete the detailed Brand Brief inside your project workspace. The questions explore your positioning, audience, market context, competition, personality, priorities and visual direction. Brand + Social clients also complete a package-specific Social Brief.

04

Strategic and creative direction: turn information into direction.

The platform structures the discovery and analysis. The team interprets it, resolves contradictions and defines the strategic and creative direction that will guide development.

05

Curated development: explore routes that connect back to the business.

Technology may support exploration and production workflows. Strategists, creative directors and designers curate, refine and quality-check the routes presented to you. Each proposed direction should have a clear reason for existing.

06

Structured feedback and refinement: refine through defined decisions.

Review each milestone in your workspace and submit consolidated feedback. The team applies the included revision rounds to refine the approved direction. Requests outside the confirmed scope are reviewed separately before additional work begins.

07

Final Brand Kit: receive an organized system, not a scattered folder.

After final approval and completion of applicable payments, your approved deliverables are organized in the Brand Kit with the formats and usage materials listed in your order.

Your knowledge of the business and our knowledge of brand development meet inside one structured process.

Timing, revisions and pauses.

Every confirmed order states: when the delivery estimate begins; the expected timing for the first milestone; the number of revision rounds included; the client response time assumed by the schedule; and what happens when required information or approvals are delayed. Timing begins only after payment, completion of required briefs and receipt of required materials. Client delays pause the schedule. Material changes to the approved direction or scope may require a revised timeline and price.
